Gee’s Bend x Ralph Lauren

We're excited to share the launch of Ralph Lauren x Gee's Bend, the fifth collaboration in Ralph Lauren's Artist in Residence program. The Artist in Residence program invites artisans who sustain heritage craft in a mutually beneficial cultural collaboration as part of Ralph Lauren’s ongoing commitment to shift from inspiration to collaboration with the communities that inspire their designs. Through this collaboration, we had the opportunity to work closely with Ralph Lauren's creative teams in an immersive design exchange that celebrates our community's artistry and quilting tradition.

This collection honors the living legacy of Gee's Bend, shaped by generations of creativity, resilience, and heritage. The limited-edition assortment of apparel and home pieces captures the bold, improvisational spirit of Gee's Bend quilting, highlighting its vibrant colors and modern abstraction. Crafted from upcycled Ralph Lauren fabrics, the designs draw inspiration from our community's longstanding tradition of transforming found materials into functional works of art.

We're also proud that, as part of this collaboration, 5% of the purchase price of each item sold will be donated to the Equal Justice Initiative (EJI) to support hunger relief programs serving low-income families across Alabama.
