Visitors to Sew Gee’s Bend Heritage Builders can explore quilts and artwork spanning generations of makers, shop books, apparel, doormats, and gifts, and view one-of-a-kind garments created through collaborations with brands including adidas, Target, Greg Lauren, and Marfa Stance.

 

Located at 15173 County Road 29 in Bokyin, Alabama, Sew Gee’s Bend Heritage Builders also serves as a gathering space for workshops, storytelling, and creative exchange rooted in Gee’s Bend's cultural traditions.

Join us each year on the first Saturday in October for the Gee’s Bend Airing of the Quilts Festival, one of the South’s most celebrated cultural events, proudly co-organized and sponsored by Sew Gee’s Bend Heritage Builders.
